DFW Steam Cleaning is the owner, franchisor, and licensor of the DFW Steam Cleaning Brand. Because DFW Steam Cleaning is not involved in such transactions between consumers and Franchise Operations, in the event that you have a dispute with a Franchise Operation, you release DFW Steam Cleaning (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees) from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
