When it comes to cleaning carpets, “efficient” and “regular” are our go-to words. We always advise that carpets should be vacuumed properly and regularly to keep them clean and in good shape. However, we do agree that there is only so much vacuuming can do and that is why we are here. You could vacuum all day long and still end up with a matted carpet due to traffic in certain areas, which is a very normal occurrence. You could also fall into the category of people who do not vacuum that often because they lead very busy lives and cannot seem to find the time. Regardless of which category you identify with, eventually, your carpet will need a professional touch.
If your carpet is due for some deep cleaning, the best solution is to have it professionally cleaned. This applies especially to dull and matted traffic areas if there is any chance that the carpet may regain its former glory. There are different cleaning methods that can be used in cleaning carpets with dirty and matted traffic areas, one of the best being rotary power scrubbing. For those traffic areas that never seem to clean upright and look matted, we offer rotary power scrubbing, which is an additional step performed prior to the actual steam cleaning.
The equipment used in this cleaning method is the rotary power scrubber. The power scrubber is a piece of equipment that safely agitates the entire carpet fiber using a special brush that distributes our pre-sprays over the entire carpet fiber, separating that dingy soil from the carpet fibers and giving your traffic areas a deep cleaning. The process lifts the pile in the affected area and in many cases, power-scrubbing improves the overall look of those matted traffic areas, then the carpets are steam cleaned without leaving any soapy residue.
Power scrubbing is very efficient for matted carpet, especially in high traffic areas. This optional process will get your traffic lanes cleaner and the scrubbing or agitation means fewer detergents are needed and also less water to extract, allowing your carpets to dry faster. We charge a nominal fee per area as in our experience this deep cleaning is not needed in every area in your home.
In addition to cleaning residential and commercial carpet in buildings, offices, and homes, we also offer other types of carpet and furniture cleaning as well as window cleaning and hardwood floor cleaning and polishing.
