We appreciate your business and we will be offering "in house" specials to Groupon customers on tile and grout cleaning and grout sealing, furniture cleaning including bed mattresses, pet odor removal, carpet repairs, red stain removal, showers, countertops, and Scotchgard™ to protect your clean carpets and furniture and don't forget your vehicle interior. Scheduling Tips:

1. Add dfwsteamcleaning (@@) gmail.com to your spam filter, we do a lot with emails.
2. If you have not heard from us and you submitted an online form, send a text to (469)759-0551 with your name and details so we can check.
3. If you are planning on using our service and your move date is a few weeks to a few months in the future, schedule it now, even if it's a temporary reservation. We are booked in advance and cannot guarantee the job can be done if we have 2 days notice and you are moving out on Friday and you only have keys till Sunday.
4. If you are in an apartment or high rise building, the voucher is not eligible for those locations as we need guaranteed parking as well as guaranteed water hookup access with a garden hose.
5. For those customers who are facing the expiration of the voucher on September 21st, DFW Steam Cleaning will allow the actual cleaning to be done after the voucher close out date as long as you book the job before the closeout date and you do not reschedule. 6. All appointments are in 2-hour windows and the window is the arrival time. For example, a 10am-12pm arrival means our crew can arrive to your home anytime from 10am until 12pm. This allows flexibility with Metroplex traffic as well as difficult cleans. Don't forget to check out our online coupons and package deals!
