If you need your area rug cleaned, we can most area and wool or area rugs on site. Bleach stains/spots are caused by a bleach product actually chemically removing the dyed color of the carpet or fabric and this is permanent. Cleaning will not restore the bleached out color. The only way these spots can be reversed is to cut out the spot and patch it or dye the spot to match the carpet or fabric color. They won't be over wet or turn brown from excess moisture.
