Berber is a great carpet that looks fantastic when it's brand new, but the traffic areas are susceptible to wear patters and once those start to form, it's hard to reverse. The short, tightly woven fibers help to keep soil on the top of the fibers for easy vacuuming, but once the soils start to sink, well, there just isn't anywhere to really go to avoid being ground into the carpet fibers and you start to get "Traveling Grey", those grayish traffic areas that form in the middle of your walk ways.

We have a few ways to combat this. First is preventative cleaning. Carpet cleaning before you really notice it's getting dirty and second, we offer Power Scrubbing as a way to deeply clean Berber carpets and remove as much soil as possible by "Scrubbing" those dirt particles and bringing them to the surface.
